Print a Poster
The Tech Desk
We offer on-site, large-format poster printing. The Hub Shop @ Lathrop is our online ordering platform to support the Stanford community for conference presentations, class projects, poster sessions, and other poster needs.
We utilize an Epson SureColor P8000 large-format printer with one maximum dimension of 44 inches. All posters are printed on a doubleweight matte paper, which is a heavyweight paper for high quality and quick drying poster prints. By utilizing a 44" poster printer, we are able to provide patrons with many sizing options and prices.
To ensure a high-quality print, please make sure to:
- Submit your poster as a PDF
- Verify the dimensions of the file match the requested print dimensions
- Check all logos and pictures are clear, high resolution images

Our pricing structure is based on a range of dimensions and we are able to accommodate prints within the sizes specified. See our pricing chart below for more pricing and turnaround time information.

How soon can I get my poster?
The Hub Shop currently has three different options.
- Standard - Ready within three business days
- Rush - Ready within one business day (+ $25)
- Expedited - Ready within four business hours (+ $35)

Additional Information
We utilize an Epson SureColor P8000 large-format printer with a maximum width of 44 inches. All posters are printed on a doubleweight matte paper, which is a heavyweight paper for high quality and quick drying poster prints. By utilizing a 44” poster printer, we are able to provide patrons with many sizing options and prices.
- Please keep in mind that when selecting your poster size as we are only able to trim posters up to 60”. All posters, 60” and smaller, will be trimmed to remove excess white space.
- All posters are distributed in a 48" cardboard poster tube. The price of this tube is included in the price of the poster order.
- If you are looking to submit a poster order for more than five posters, please inquire about a group order by submitting a ticket.
- We regularly work with academic groups on campus to coordinate student submissions for posters under the guidance and payment of a department. Please submit a ticket if you have any questions about this process or want to set up a group order.
Refund Policy
Refund Policy
No refunds or reprints are given for errors or issues related to a poster file. Check your document carefully for correct spelling, alignment, layout, and appropriate-resolution graphics before submission
Please notify us as soon as possible of any cancellations. If we have already started printing your poster, we will not provide a refund.
Once a poster has been picked up, no refunds or reprints will be issued.
