The student positions include The Tech Desk Consultant, Student Technical Consultant, Operations Tech, and create:space Consultant.
Student Technical Consultant
Student Technical Consultants are here to assist students with computer-related problems and residential network connections. They offer help in person, by phone, and through chat.
The Tech Desk Consultant
The Tech Desk Consultants provide friendly and knowledgeable service at The Tech Desk for users of The Hub @ Lathrop. They are quick learners who exhibit a great interest in helping their fellow students.
Operations Tech
Operations Techs are responsible for regular computer maintenance, new hardware installation, and operational support for staff and the public computing spaces operated by Learning Technologies & Spaces.
create:space Consultant
create:space Consultants provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to users of the Hub @ Lathrop and our makerspace technologies. They are fast learners who are interested in helping students use our equipment.
