Academic Quarter Hours
The Hub, Tech Desk, Student Technical Support, and create:space are open during each academic quarter. See below for the hours for each service and current closure updates.
The Hub Fall 2026 Quarter Updates
We will closed after August 14th, and reopen on September 14th.
Tech Desk lending services will be limited until the start of the Fall quarter.
Limited poster printing services will be available from September 14th to October 2nd.
The Hub will only be open from 10am-12pm on September 17th and 18th due to attending Stanford Tabling Events.
The Hub will be closing at 12pm on October 2nd for a Staffing Event. Tech Desk and Student Technical Support services will return to services on Monday, October 5th.
Summer 2026 Hours of Operations
*Note that these hours reflect our Hours of Operation during the Fall, Winter, and Spring Quarters. Please refer to the box above for any changes throughout the summer quarter.
For urgent issues outside of our Technical Support hours, contact the University IT Service Desk.

The Hub @ Lathrop is located on the first floor of the Lathrop Library at 518 Memorial Way, Stanford, CA 94305.
