Find Study Spaces
The first floor of Lathrop is home to two study spaces available to the Stanford community -- The Hub @ Lathrop and the 24-Hour Study Space.
The spaces at Lathrop are equipped with external monitors and iMacs loaded with specialty software to support all your studying and coursework needs. In addition to the available technology, we provide patrons with a variety of seating and study setup options. Comfy chairs? Got ‘em! Couches? Got those too! A group study table with an external monitor? Say less! We have those, too.
All you need is your Stanford ID to access the main doors, and you’re in! Oh, yeah, and you have access to Student Technology Support, The Tech Desk, and create:space as well.
The Hub @ Lathrop provides students with access to the following:
- iMac computers
- Restrooms
- Height-adjustable desks
- Individual study spaces
24-Hour Study Space
The 24-Hour Study Space is exactly that! It’s available 24 hours a day, and all you need is your Stanford ID to access the space. Like The Hub @ Lathrop, it is equipped with iMacs, external monitors, and a variety of seating options. While this space is used mostly for quieter and individual study, there is still some space for group work. We just ask that you respect other students using the space.
