Adobe Creative Cloud Resources

Below are some options for accessing Adobe Creative Cloud:

  1. In-Person Access:
    • Use a specialty macOS Multimedia Workstation in the Lathrop Learning Hub. These are either 27" screen iMacs or iMacs that are red in color. Please visit the complete list of locations.*
  2. Virtual Desktop Access:
    • Use Adobe Creative Cloud on macOS virtual desktop. Note that sound is not available on remote macOS through this service at this time.*
    • Use Adobe Creative Cloud on the Windows virtual desktops. A named user license is required. Instructions below. **
  3. Laptop Checkout:
    • Checkout a laptop with Adobe Creative Cloud from the Lathrop Learning Hub Tech Desk. Instructions below. * **
  4. Named User License:
    • Check out an Adobe CC named user license from the Lathrop Tech Desk to use the software on your own computer for a set period of time. Instructions below. **

Important Notes:

* Login is required with a fully sponsored SUNet ID on the macOS shared cluster computers, checkout laptops, and macOS virtual desktop to use the software. No named user license is required for these options. 
To log in to Adobe Creative Cloud with a shared device license, enter your Stanford email address on the sign-in page and select “Company or School Account,” then use your SuNet ID and password. Complete any two-factor authentication prompts, and you’ll be able to use Creative Cloud.
 **For options requiring checking out a named user license or laptop, please check out a license/laptop from the Lathrop Learning Hub Tech Desk by filing a helpsu ticket. You must be logged with your SUNet ID to file a ticket. Subject to availability.
