Register Personal Devices

Students living on-campus should register personal devices by connecting to the "Stanford Residences" wireless network and following the prompts. Register gaming consoles and other browser-less devices by visiting https://iprequest.stanford.edu/ on your computer. You will need the device's MAC (hardware) address to complete the process. See your RCC for assistance.

Students living off-campus should register personal devices by connecting to the "Stanford" wireless network and following the prompts. If you need help registering, please submit a request at helpsu.stanford.edu or call 650-725-HELP.

For walk-up support, Peer Technology Specialists (PTSs) are available at The Hub at Lathrop to help Stanford students on aspects of computing. Submit a Help Request to schedule an appointment.

Computer Clusters

Computer spaces, also known as "Computer Clusters", offer at least two dual-boot Mac/Windows computers, a scanner, and a black/white printer. Usage is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. Find your nearest computer cluster and browse the available software.
