The Tech Desk has a variety of equipment available to patrons. While a majority of our loaner equipment adheres to the same policies, some equipment differs.
By borrowing equipment from the Tech Desk, you assume additional responsibility and liability. For more information, see our Patron Agreement.

Loan Duration
Equipment for a three-day loan duration

Equipment highlights
We have computing devices for loan, such as MacBook Air M2 laptops, 8th/9th Generation iPads, and 15.6" Asus Portable Monitors.
We have media equipment for loan, such as Canon Rebel DSLRs, Canon Vixia Camcorders, and GoPros.
We have audio equipment for loan, such as W-King portable speakers, Sennheiser lapel microphones, and 3.5mm wired handheld microphones.
Loan Policies
- Limit one resource per type per person.
- Loans returned late will be subject to a late fee of $5 per day.
- All reservations not picked up within three business hours of their scheduled start time, or before the time we close, will be automatically canceled.
- Loaner equipment will be remotely locked (if applicable) if not returned within two business days of their due date.
- Patrons with unpaid invoices will not have access to loaner equipment from The Tech Desk until the invoice is paid in full.
